Horace Mann Completes Acquisition of Employee Services

05:02 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Horace Mann Educators (HMN) completed its acquisition of all outstanding membership interests of Employee Services from Medical Mutual of Ohio, expanding its employee assistance offerings, the company said Thursday. Employee Services provides confidential counseling, work-life assistance and other resources to help employers support employees and their families. Horace Mann said the acquisition advances its strategy to expand solutions for school districts and other employers. The company separately expects its acquisition of Reserve National Insurance and related MedMutual Life operations to close in Q1 2027.
